These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clawdoku ("the app", "we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Clawdoku for entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules (Apple App Store, Google Play).
2. Fair play
- The game is for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
- Stars, boosters, streaks, and in-game currency have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money unless explicitly offered through an official store purchase.
- You may not cheat, reverse-engineer, automate play, or interfere with other players' experience.
3. Accounts and progress
Progress is saved locally by default using a guest profile. Optional sign-in enables cloud backup. You are responsible for your device and backups. Uninstalling the app or resetting progress may permanently delete local data. To delete account-linked cloud data, visit clawdoku.com/delete-account.
4. Optional ads and purchases
- Reward ads are optional and initiated by you. Availability depends on your region, consent choices, and network connection.
- In-app purchases (when offered) are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds follow the store's policies.
- We may change ad frequency, rewards, or pricing with reasonable notice where required by law.
5. Availability
We strive for reliable offline play. Some features — including level sync, leaderboards, events, and ads — may require internet access and may be unavailable during maintenance or in certain regions.
6. Intellectual property
Clawdoku, its art, puzzles, trademarks, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $10 if you paid nothing.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it or deleting your account as described at clawdoku.com/delete-account.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence where mandatory consumer protections apply, otherwise the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted at clawdoku.com/terms. Material changes may also be communicated in-app.
