Clawdoku ("we", "our", "the app") is a family-friendly logic puzzle game. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Guest identifier: An anonymous local ID (for example
guest_a1b2c3d4_2026) so progress can be saved on your device. We do not require your name, email, phone number, or precise location to play. - Game progress: Levels completed, stars, booster counts, settings, and daily puzzle streak — stored locally on your device using on-device storage (Hive).
- Ad and consent signals: If you use optional ads, Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform (UMP) may process device and consent data according to Google's policies and your choices.
- Account data (optional): If you sign in with Google or Apple, we may receive your display name and email for cloud backup. See account deletion for how to remove this data.
- Analytics (when enabled): We may collect anonymized usage events (such as level started or completed) to improve the game. No analytics SDK is required for offline play.
2. How we use information
- Save and restore your puzzle progress on this device.
- Deliver optional, non-personalized reward ads when you choose to watch them.
- Improve level design, stability, and family-safe experiences.
- Comply with legal obligations (GDPR, COPPA-aligned settings, App Store / Play policies).
3. Children's privacy
Clawdoku is designed for broad audiences including families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Ads are configured for age-appropriate, non-personalized delivery where required. Parents can review ad choices in the in-app Ad Choices screen. See our Child Safety page for more detail.
4. Data storage and sync
Your progress is stored locally on your device by default. Optional cloud backup stores a snapshot in Firebase when you sign in. You can delete cloud data at clawdoku.com/delete-account.
5. Third-party services
- Google AdMob — optional ads (Google Privacy Policy)
- Firebase — optional sign-in and cloud backup when enabled
- Apple / Google app stores — purchases and distribution when you use those features
6. Your choices
- Reset local progress in Settings → Reset Progress.
- Manage ad consent in Settings → Ad Choices (UMP privacy options where available).
- On iOS, control App Tracking in system Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
- Request account and cloud data deletion at clawdoku.com/delete-account.
7. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit (HTTPS for hosted policies and cloud sync) and at rest on your device. No method of storage is 100% secure; keep your device passcode enabled.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected at this URL and, where appropriate, in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
