You can delete your Clawdoku account and associated cloud data. Local guest progress on your device is separate and can be cleared in the app under Settings → Reset Progress.
What gets deleted
- Your Firebase authentication account (Google or Apple sign-in)
- Cloud backup stored in Firestore (
player_backups) - Any account-linked profile data we hold on our servers
What is not deleted automatically
- Local guest progress on a device until you reset it in-app or uninstall
- Purchase records held by Apple or Google (contact the store for those records)
How to request deletion
- In the app (recommended): Account → Delete Account (when signed in).
- By email: Send a request from the email linked to your account to privacy@clawdoku.com with subject "Delete my Clawdoku account".
We process verified requests within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Guest players (no sign-in)
If you play without signing in, no cloud account exists. Clear local data via Settings → Reset Progress or uninstall the app.
